Purpose of Compassionate Fat Loss Coaching: The goal of Compassionate Fat Loss Coaching is to provide you, the client, with consistent accountability, flexible macro and nutrition adjustments, and habit tracking plus ongoing coaching
INCLUDED WITH THIS PROGRAM
One 30 min Zoom call each month to talk about your goals and answer any questions
As a Client, You Agree That You:
Have a basic understanding of how your body responds to different foods and are primarily seeking accountability, occasional macro/nutrition goal adjustments, and habits to track.
Will independently manage your progress between weekly check-ins, embracing a self-guided approach.
Are familiar with constructing balanced meals and if it is your goal to implement macro tracking, then you should have previous experience in tracking food/macros.
Have a fundamental understanding of meeting protein, carb, fat and fiber targets.
Recognize the significance of nutritional phases like deficit phase, maintenance phase, and gaining phase.
Guidelines for Check-Ins:
You will be prompted by our software for your weekly check-ins. Your responses should be succinct—a number on a scale of 1-5 or a simple Y/N.
Honest and detailed responses during check-ins are key for success, and appropriate feedback and adjustments. The more information you provide, the better I can assist with adjusting your plan.
For those focusing on compassionate fat loss/body composition goals, weekly updates of your weight and waist measurements, and bi-monthly photos are essential and recommended but never required.
Macro goals and tracking is not a requirement of this plan, but a recommended option, depending on your goals. We can set up your plan to simply track daily nutrition habit goals with a “no numbers” approach that doesn’t involve weighing or measuring food, tracking macros. Please state these preference in your application and sign up forms.
You can expect a response within 24 hours of your check-in, including macro adjustments if necessary. You'll receive a single message with feedback and another if there are changes to your macros. Otherwise, continue with your current plan.
Note: Food logs are not reviewed in the Weekly Well program.
Guidelines for Messaging Your Coach:
General questions, can be included when you submit your weekly check-ins. Direct messages in the software should not be used for personal queries.
The messaging feature is appropriate for:
Notifying of any changes in your goals.
