Hi. Iā€™m Beth Manos Brickey

I am a Certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Level 3 Certified Restorative Wellness Practitioner, Nutritional Psychology-certified, and a 500-hr yoga instructor and mindfulness / meditation coach. For most of my life, I've been coaching and teaching, and I've been sharing my recipes, health advice, and mindfulness techniques on Tasty Yummies and my podcast, Between Meals, since 2010.

My personal journey toward healing has involved navigating autoimmune diseases and chronic migraines, finding remission from significant, life-altering digestive and gut health issues and a poorly functioning immune system, supporting and improving my hormones, and achieving unending energy and mental clarity. But most importantly, I've overcome a lifetime of food-related insecurities and fears, as well as my struggles with body image and self-worth. I've been helping 1:1 clients since 2015 with my unique, holistic and embodied approach, and I'm excited to now share all of this with you.

I was certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2015 and have a level 3 certification from Restorative Wellness, as well as a certification in Nutritional Psychology. Additionally, I'm a 500-hour registered yoga instructor and I am currently completing the CPT training with NASM.
