Are You Nourished?

To learn more about the concept of nourishment and the pillars that form the foundation of a well-nourished body, check out this post here. In this post we’ll take a closer look at your own health state with a self-assessment to determine if you are truly nourished.

Use this checklist as an opportunity to be radically honest with yourself and assess if you are providing your body with the essential elements it needs to thrive. Here's a brief quick checklist to start with, followed by a more in-depth self-assessment questionnaire to really sit with and ponder.
